John W. and Lisa K., Bedford, NH - USA - March, 2010 -- We had the good fortune of finding Jim and Shawna’s B&B when looking for a place to spend a couple nights prior to the beginning of our timeshare in March, 2008. We found this lovely and comfortable place and know that it is a hidden gem on the island. We have enjoyed ourselves so much that we’ve stayed here four times over the past two years. Paradise Found feels very much like home to us and each stay is even better than the time before. We will be back in late October.
Jim & Kathy, USA - January, 2010 -- Kathy and I had the pleasure of staying at Jim & Shawna's home this past Dec/New years 2009/2010 (3 nights at Paradise found, 4 nights at Casa Delmar at the low rise area and 3 nights at RIU at the high rise area) I feel that we were very lucky to have decided to stay at their home. This was our very first time visiting Aruba and did not know much about the different areas of the island. Paradise Found gave us an excellent opportunity to truly see parts of the island and island life we would not have experienced. Paradise Found is not in your conventional resort area, but is in your typical Aruba neighborhood. Paradise Found is easy to get to from the airport, however, your trip there will take you by a factory area. But don't be discouraged because once you get past this area, upon arrival at Paradise found, you will love it. The home is spotless, Jim & Shawna are terrific the patio and views are amazing. Y you are within walking distance of a really nice beach and restaurant and store for food. Since car rentals are very inexpensive, I would recommend a car for traveling around the island from Paradise Found. Bottom line, Paradise Found is a terrific place to stay and as mentioned before, it is the cleanest place you will stay at. Even the luxury resorts are not as clean... Also, the dogs are terrific. We will be coming back to Aruba and we will be staying at Paradise Found.....
